The abstract is limited to 500 words and may include one table and up to two figures. It should be structured into the following sections: Purpose, Methods, Materials, Results and Conclusions. A two-page supporting document is optional but encouraged. Neither the abstract nor the disclosure should contain identifying information such as title, author names, affiliations, institutions, etc. Submissions containing such information may be rejected without review. Abstracts should be original work that has not been previously presented or published in a journal (work submitted but not accepted for publication is acceptable).
