We are excited to have you present your work at the MRinRT 2025 conference! To ensure a smooth and successful poster session, please follow these guidelines:

• Size: The printed poster size you provide will need to be a maximum of 36 inches (91.44 cm) wide by 36 inches (91.44 cm) high. Printed posters that exceed the size recommended are not guaranteed to be accommodated.

• Poster Assignment: We will provide you with an assigned space for your poster upon arrival during check-in at the registration desk.
• Hanging Your Poster: You will be responsible for hanging your poster on the provided board using the push pins supplied on-site.
• Ready for Display: Posters should be mounted and ready for viewing by the start of the Poster Viewing session on Tuesday, April 15th at 6:00 PM.
• Materials: Push pins for attaching posters will be provided on-site.
