Publication in special issue of phiRO
The best presentation (oral, poster pitch, paper poster) at the MRinRT 2026 Conference will receive a
publication fee waiver for the
MRinRT special issue of Physics and Imaging in Radiation Oncology (phiRO).
Furthermore, a dedicated waiver
will be available for the best Young Investigator presentation.
Submission deadline:August 31, 2026. Papers must be accepted before December 31, 2026.
IMPORTANT: If you want to be eligible to receive the waiver, state this by sending an email to send an email to
ouh.ode.r.mrinrt@rsyd.dk with the text
“fee waiver” in subject line, and include abstract number in the email text.
Presentation instructions
1. Proffered Paper (Oral Presentation)
Your presentation will be scheduled in a proffered paper session and will consist of:
- 7 minutes for presentation
- 2 minutes for discussion
Make sure your presentation is uploaded to the presentation computer no later than in the break before the start of your session.

2. Proffered Paper - Young Investigator Award nominee (Oral Presentation)
Your presentation will be scheduled in the Young Investigator Award session and will consist of:
- 7 minutes for presentation
- 2 minutes for discussion
Make sure your presentation is uploaded to the presentation computer no later than in the break before the start of your session.

3. Poster Pitch (Oral Presentation + Paper poster)
Poster pitch presentations are short oral introductions to posters. Each presenter will have:
- 2 minutes for presentation (1 slide only)
- No discussion time during the pitch session
Make sure your presentation is uploaded to the presentation computer no later than in the break before the start of your session.
In addition, you should be ready to present your paper poster during the dedicated poster session.
Poster format: The printed poster size you provide will need to be a maximum of 90.00 cm wide by 120 cm high. Printed posters that exceed the size recommended are not guaranteed to be accommodated.
Poster Assignment: We will provide you with an assigned space for your poster upon arrival during check-in at the registration desk.
Hanging Your Poster: You will be responsible for hanging your poster on the provided board using the push pins supplied on-site.
Ready for Display: Posters should be mounted and ready for viewing by the start of the conference.
Materials: Pins for attaching posters will be provided on-site.

4. Poster Presentation (Paper Poster)
Accepted posters will be displayed during the entire conference and there will be a dedicated poster session as well.
